Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
By purchasing coaching services from Early Ed Coaching (including Mini-Coaching Cycles, Full Semester Coaching, and School/Site-Wide Support), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth delivery of services.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
All coaching services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking:
- Mini-Coaching Cycle: $200.00 non-refundable deposit
- Full Semester Coaching: $340.00 non-refundable deposit
- School/Site Wide Support: $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit
This deposit confirms your commitment and reserves your coaching slot. Once paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Payment Structure
All remaining payments are required according to the agreed service schedule:
- A 20% deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of signing to secure services.
- For coaching packages, 50% of the remaining balance is due halfway through the coaching cycle.
- The final balance is due within 15 days of service completion.
- A La Carte Coaching Sessions require 50% payment at booking and 50% within 7 days after service delivery.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via the following methods:
- Website checkout: earlyedcoaching.com (Google Pay or Link)
- PayPal invoicing (for coaching packages)
- Direct invoice payments as provided
5. Late Payments
- All invoices must be paid within 15 days of issue.
- Payments not received within 30 days past due will incur a $25.00 per day late fee.
- Coaching services will be paused until the account is brought current.
- Accounts unpaid after 60 days may be subject to collection actions or legal proceedings. The client is responsible for all associated recovery costs.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services:
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Payments made for services already scheduled or delivered are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, unused services, or client cancellations.
- In exceptional cases, refunds may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Early Ed Coaching management.
7. Service Commitment
Early Ed Coaching is committed to providing high-quality coaching services. However, results are dependent on client participation, engagement, and implementation of strategies provided.
8. Agreement
By completing a purchase or submitting a deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
